Mini héroe: Niño de 6 años salva a su hermana menor de brutal ataque de perro 

Bridger Walker, un niño de seis años, se convirtió en un mini héroe el pasado 9 de julio, tras salvar a su hermana del brutal ataque de un perro, en Estados Unidos.

El pequeño se interpuso entre el animal y la niña, tratando de protegerla, y tras ser mordido en reiteradas oportunidades, la tomó de la mano y corrió con ella para mantenerla a salvo.

El niño fue trasladado de urgencia a la clínica, donde recibió cerca de noventa puntos en su cara, según contó su tía Nicole Walker en sus redes sociales. y aseguró que el pequeño se encuentra ya en casa descansando.

La mujer, quiso compartir la historia del mini héroe en su cuenta de Instagram, detallando que Bridger, tras el ataque, dijo: "Si alguien tuviera que morir, pensé que debería ser yo”.

La publicación rápidamente se llenó de comentarios en apoyo y admiración al niño de seis años, por lo que la tía no ha dudado en entregar una actualización de cómo evoluciona el niño.

"Acabo de terminar de visitar a Bridger en su casa. ¡Sus heridas se ven mucho mejor! Está de muy buen humor y su increíble personalidad está intacta. Todavía no puede sonreír demasiado, pero estaba sonriendo mientras le leía algunos de sus comentarios" señaló.

Además aprovechó la instancia para destacar que los dueños del perro han colaborado en todo momento y han prestado toda la ayuda necesaria a la familia del niño.

Hey, all. Please, share my nephew’s story so that it gets as much exposure as it can. We know that our little hero would love some words of encouragement from his favorite heroes. On July 9th, my six year old nephew Bridger saved his little sister’s life by standing between her and a charging dog. After getting bit several times on the face and head, he grabbed his sister’s hand and ran with her to keep her safe. He later said, “If someone had to die, I thought it should be me.” After receiving 90 stitches (give or take) from a skilled plastic surgeon, he’s finally resting at home. His wounds are looking so much better! He’s in great spirits, and his awesome personality is intact. He can’t smile too widely yet, but he was grinning as I read some of your comments to him. I’d also like to mention here that the dog’s owners are really great people who have been nothing but kind to Bridger and his family. We feel no resentment toward them at all, and—if anything—there’s only been an increase of love between our families as a result of this incident.
