Yeah.... Those are hamburger shorts.... The first question many people ask when people lose weight seems to be "How long did it take you to lose the extra weight and get healthy?" My answer: Almost two years ago, I decided to change my lifestyle. The first year I saw drastic changes and lost over 100lbs. The second year, I devoted my attention to subtle tweaks in gym programming, started my own nutrition planning and saw small, slow, subtle changes like increased muscle mass, strength gains and facial differences. But how long did it take to get healthy? It'll take my entire life. There is no end game. There is no final goal. There's only the journey. And man oh man do I love it. #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #100poundsdown #allnaturalweightloss #fitnessjourney #fitness #beforeandafter #eatclean #buildmuscle #tranformations #transformation #weights #weightlossmotivation #transformationtuesday #fitness #exercise #fitnesstransformation #lifestylechange #fitfam #fitspo #beastmode #riseandgrind #lift #getstrong #getfit #motivationmonday

En reiteradas ocasiones ella ha asegurado que fue un resultado a punta de esfuerzo. "He trabajado muy duro. Incluso han habido personas que han robado mis imágenes para utilizarlas para promocionar pastillas para adelgazar, indicando que yo las he utilizado, pero eso no es cierto", indicó la mujer en redes sociales.

You can hate "fat people". You can talk smack. Don't sensor yourself on my account. I'm not bothered that I was "fat". But I think I'm bothered by people giving a crap that I'm not anymore. I'm bothered by how I see people treat one another. I'm bothered that people believe it's within their rights to judge others, fat or fit, so intensely. I'm bothered that some we are so casual with flippant comments - comments that may play over and over in someone's mind. While they may have the ability, no one has the right to make you feel small for who you are, what you do, or how you look. Other people's opinions only have weight if you let them. Be kind. Work hard. Be true to yourself. That is the only thing you owe the world. There's a catch-22 of social media: an online world of rose-colored glasses and cultivated personas serves to inspire so many but also normalizes unnecessary judgment of others. But if we are kind to ourselves and kind to others, the world around us and the world we create online can only become better. #throwbackthursday #tbt #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #100poundsdown #allnaturalweightloss #fitnessjourney #fitness #beforeandafter #eatclean #buildmuscle #tranformations #transformation #weights #weightlossmotivation #transformationtuesday #fitness #exercise #fitnesstransformation #lifestylechange #fitfam #fitspo #beastmode #riseandgrind #lift #getstrong #getfit #motivationmonday #beforeandafter

Lo que más levanta la sospecha de algunos es que su piel ha quedado en buen estado, a diferencia de otras personas que tienen importantes pérdidas de peso.  Ella lo explica a través de su trabajo físico, específicamente en que hizo un uso constante de pesas.

So @simplyshredded, a website that I respect, shared my photo and I'm so grateful and honored. I didn't realize they'd come across me and this photo popped up in my news feed and made my heart glow. Something else I'm grateful for is how kind some people can be. There'll always be negativity (particularly surrounding social media) but seeing those kind hearts shine through makes it all worth it. thank you to #simplyshredded and to members of their community for being kind and positive. That being said, if you're looking for a good laugh, check out the comments on this photo on their Facebook. I chuckled a few times. #transformationtuesday #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #100poundsdown #allnaturalweightloss #fitnessjourney #fitness #beforeandafter #eatclean #buildmuscle #tranformations #transformation #weights #weightlossmotivation #fitness #exercise #fitnesstransformation #lifestylechange #fitfam #fitspo #beastmode #riseandgrind #lift #getstrong #getfit #motivationmonday

People constantly question whether that's the same girl on the left and the right. Honestly, it isn't. There's more than a year and a hell of a lot of memories between the left and the right pictures. There're successes and failures... Wins and loses. But there are differences between every single person's "today" and their "yesterday". So decide what will separate yours. Who will you be in a year? Who will you be tomorrow? Start there. Crush that. And then keep going. Remember that who you are (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc.) is completely in your control. One of my favorites- "Life is locomotion. If you're not moving, you're not living" Move in the right direction. Move toward your dreams. #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #100poundsdown #allnaturalweightloss #fitnessjourney #fitness #beforeandafter #eatclean #buildmuscle #tranformations #transformation #weights #weightlossmotivation #transformationtuesday #fitness #exercise #fitnesstransformation #lifestylechange #fitfam #fitspo #beastmode #riseandgrind #lift #getstrong #getfit #motivationmonday

Life is about trade offs. Weight loss is about changing your lifestyle. We know the formula - More sleep. Less stress. More water. Less sugar. More exercise. Less excuses. More determination. Less guilt. Show up. Work out. Keep going. The photo on the left is me in high school at 17 (and not even close to my heaviest weight). I vividly remember this school trip. I remember it because it was amazing, life changing, moment making. We were 17 year olds exploring France without our parents. I also remember it because the airline lost all my luggage and when I called my parents to tell them, they said "Laura, you're in Paris! Go shopping!" That would have been the magic words to cue a TV movie montage. But for an overweight 17 year old who dreaded shopping and the constant rejection of not fitting into things I loved, it was hell. I walked to the tourist shop across the street, bought three T shirts and a sweatshirt, and rotated them for the rest of the trip. I remember this point in my life. I was playing soccer (which I stopped playing in university). I didn't feel horrible. Most people around me thought I was wildly confident. But I remember that quiet voice of insecurity that explained away everything that made me unhappy with "it's because you're fat". I didn't talk about my weight. I never let it seem like an issue that got under my skin. Honestly, nobody knew much about my struggle with self image until I'd lost about 70 pounds and was ready to open up about it. Until then, I was the epitome of fake it until you make it. Maybe we are all a bit like that in high school.... But we don't have to be like that our whole lives. Find yourself and then be yourself Time to head to the gym for sumo deadlifts, front squats, glute bridges, overhead press, bench, and some accessory work. Keep your eyes on the prize! #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #100poundsdown #allnaturalweightloss #fitnessjourney #fitness #beforeandafter #eatclean #buildmuscle #tranformations #transformation #weights #weightlossmotivation #transformationtuesday #fitness #exercise #fitnesstransformation #lifestylechange #fitfam #fitspo #beastmode #riseandgrind #lift #getstrong #getfit

"Fear of failure is always a driver but the thirst for more is a good one too... So I think you need a little bit of both." Ronda Rousey That fear that we might not be able to accomplish or hold onto our dreams and that desire we have to see our dreams come to fruition are the most motivating or the most crippling feelings. So how will you channel them? Into the fire that burns inside you to keep pushing or the smoke the smothers your intensity? It's your choice. But I say burn baby, burn RISE AND GRIND #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #weightlosstransformation #transformationtuesday #weightlifting #allnaturalweightloss #beforeandafter #fitness #fitnessjourney #fitnesstransformation #exercise #fitspo #motivation #motivationmonday #instafit
